Standard mild steel base plate with chrome carbide overlay for longer life in applications requiring high resistance against wear by abrasion along with moderate impact, providing you with extended equipment service life and less down time.   Large areas can be be easily hardsurfaced with the overlay wearplate with minimum labor and time.
